What we do

Live Edge Entertainment is a live performance production company based in Las Vegas with a combined 60 years of experience producing shows and live events around the world.

Creation & Design

With backgrounds in musical theater, ballet, circus, magic, film and television, Live Edge partners have leveraged their performance experience into the creation and design of numerous successful productions including multiple Cirque Du Soleil shows. Our combined skill sets provide a single destination for writing, directing, choreography, costume design, lighting direction, scoring and act creation.

Production

Las Vegas is arguably the most competitive market in the world when it comes to shows and entertainment. With over 120 shows and concerts in town, running a successful production takes a team of local experts with knowledge of the specificities inherent to the Las Vegas market. With an extensive network of experienced directors, creators, producers, performers and relationships with all the major venues in the city, Live Edge Entertainment will help you navigate through the pre and post-productions process necessary to successfuly launch, market and operate your show.

Technology

Our proprietary platform allows for an enhanced customer experience and a seamless integration of technology into any live performance. From marketing, booking, in-seat ordering to interaction between the audience and the performers during the show, our state of the art app solves many of the inneficiencies that come with traditional thetrical productions.

    Nicky Dewhurst

    Nick Dewhurst

    Nicky comes from a performance background and has been involved in entertainment his whole life. At 12 years old, he performed a juggling act on the UK Television and went on to become an internationally renowned Tight Rope artist and Clown, performing all over the world. In 1994 Nicky founded Dewhurst Creations and has Since then staged and directed countless special events, with clients including American Express, Crysler, Canon, Avon, Abbott Labs, IBM, Victoria Secrets to name a few. Nicky was also part of the creation for Madonna’s “Drowned World Tour” aerial fight sequences and advised and performed on the Stunt team for Sasha Baron Cohens “The Dictator”. Nicky has been creating and performing for over 30 years, and has been part of 5 different Cirque Du Soleil productions including “Cirque Reinvente” “Nouvelle Experience” “Facination” “Mystere” and has created the role of “Dick” the clown in Cirque du Soleil’s “Zumanity” for which he is credited for the creation and direction of 3 comedy acts. Nicky Directed the show "Cosmopolitan" for Celebrity Cruises and Co directed with his wife Laetitia, Cirque Du Soleil's "One Night for One Drop" 2017 at the Zumanity Theater Las Vegas and "One Night for One Drop" 2018 at the Michael Jackson Theater with Grammy nominated singer songwriter Jewel. More recently Nicky and Laetitia Collaborated as creative writers and theatrical advisers on the new "Mayfair Supper Club" at the Bellagio Las Vegas and are currently writers and creators for a Cirque Du Soleil show under development.

    Laetitia Dewhurst

    Laetitia Dewhurst

    Laetitia Dewhurst is a former Cirque Du Soleil performer and trained at the Royal Ballet school, English National Ballet School and Performers Dance College. She was part of the original cast of Mystic Principal Dancer, Saturday Night Fever London, Fosse, We Will Rock you, and Zumanity by Cirque Du Soleil. She is now a Choreographer and director and has worked on numerous productions including Victoria Secrets, Crazy Horse, Cirque Du Soleil, Curve Expo, Celebrity Cruise lines, Abbot Labs, Edinburgh Festival, GMC just to name a few. She also co-directed with her husband Nicky, Cirque Du Soleil's "One Night for One Drop" 2017 and 2018 with Grammy nominated singer songwriter Jewel. More recently they collaborated as creative writers and theatrical advisers on the new "Mayfair Supper Club" at the Bellagio Las Vegas and are currently writers and creators for a Cirque Du Soleil show under development..

    Thomas Brunet

    Thomas Brunet

    Before co-founding Live Edge Entertainement, Thomas founded 1oak Investments, a boutique M&A and VC advisory firm catering to the gaming and entertainment industry. In that capacity, he advised on multiple deals, from the sale of a top tier sportsbook to raising series A for a gaming technology company. He also advised and co‐produced “Inferno, the fire spectacular”, a performance show at the Paris Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas strip. Thomas is a seed investor and board member of multiple entertainment and hospitality technology startups. Prior to moving to Las Vegas, Thomas was a senior member of the Foreign Exchange (FX) Structuring group at BNP Paribas in London, and designed systematic trading strategies in the Quantitative Strategy Group at Deutsche Bank in New York. Thomas holds a Masters in Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley.
